By joining the Soria waitlist or using the Soria application, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Soria is a personal life tracking application that allows you to log fitness, nutrition, finances, habits, sleep, mood, and other personal data. The service uses AI to parse natural language inputs and generate personalised insights.

2. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the app. We may grant access in any order and at our discretion. Waitlist membership is free and you can unsubscribe at any time.

2a. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

Soria offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions: Plus (£4.99/month or £39.99/year) and Pro (£9.99/month or £79.99/year). Prices may vary by region; the actual price is displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the active subscription.
Manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
New users may receive a free trial. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the term, except where required by applicable law.

This app uses Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA) in addition to these terms.

3. Your Account & Data

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
All data you input into Soria is yours. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You can export or delete your data at any time.
You must not use Soria to store illegal content or data belonging to others without their consent.

4. Privacy

Your data is private. We do not sell, share, or monetise your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. AI Features

Soria uses AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to process your inputs and generate insights. While we strive for accuracy:

AI-generated nutritional estimates, calorie counts, and health insights are approximate and should not be treated as medical advice.
AI coaching suggestions are for informational purposes only. Consult a healthcare professional for medical, dietary, or fitness decisions.
We are not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to access other users' data
Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the app's source code
Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service
Use the service for any unlawful purpose

7. Service Availability

Soria is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soria and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or health-related outcomes.

9. Intellectual Property

The Soria name, logo, and application design are our intellectual property. Your personal data remains yours. Content generated by the AI (insights, coaching, recaps) is provided for your personal use.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
